The work of the grounds on the whole of the vineyard is carried out with respect of the environment and reasoned culture.
A stripping raising side is carried out at the end of June and at the beginning of July as well as a stripping sleeping side from August 15.
Green grape harvest is made at the end of June and July with a polishing at the end of August.
